SHIPPING
Ottica Rizzato offers complimentary shipping throughout Italy, and within Europe for orders over €250. For European orders under €250 and for shipments outside the EU, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, are indicated in the cart at check-out and may vary depending on the delivery area. Shipping to non-European countries is always at the customer's expense. Any customs duties are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the buyer.
RETURNS
If you are not fully satisfied with the products ordered, you have 14 days to return them. Make sure that the products are as you received them and that the security seal is intact.
